3. Letter of Invitation

As soon as you have booked your trip, we will send to you a letter of invitation.

4. Completed forms in step 1-3

Scan and e-mail forms 1 & 2 to us. Keep the original copies of form 1, 2 & 3 in your rifle case.

5. Ammunition

The best option is to transport your ammo in a lockable ammo box in it's original packaging. Put this in your check-in luggage. A maximum of 60 rounds per rifle is a safe option.

6. Rifles Permitted

Each hunter can bring 2 rifles. You cannot bring two rifles of the same calibre. No semi-automatic rifles. No concealed carrying or use of any handguns allowed. If you hunt with a handgun, Contact Us for detailed information.

I don’t feel comfortable travelling with my rifle! Do you have any rifles available?

Rifles will be available to rent for your hunt. The right calibers will be available according to the species you will be hunting. We will visit the shooting range first to adjust the scope to your needs and ensure you are comfortable with the rifle before using it.

Rifle rentals are $30 per day per rifle, all ammo included.(bigger calibers' ammo can become expensive, so a small extra cost may be payable, but will be discussed in advance)
